TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FEE'S POSTED ON THE BALLFIELDS AT CRAIG RANCH WEBSITE REFLECT THE $25 TEAM DISCOUNT FOR TEAMS WHO HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE SUPER SERIES NATIONAL OFFICE.

Registration/Entry Deadline is 5:00 p.m. on the Friday one week prior to the tournament start date. Once your team has been Entered (Paid) you will need to fax a copy of the Tournament Entry Form, most recent Super Series Roster, Proof of Insurance, Tournament Exemption Form and Coaches Wristband Form to the Ballfields at Craig Ranch office at 972-747-9231.NOTE: YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL WE RECEIVE ALL PAYMENT AND ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK PRIOR TO THE FRIDAY DEADLINE.POOL AND BRACKET GAME TIMES WILL BE POSTED AFTER 8:00 P.M. WEDNESDAY NIGHT PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT.

THE BALLFIELDS AT CRAIG RANCH TOURNAMENT ENTRY REFUND POLICIES:
•Any team dropping from the tournament 2 weeks before the scheduled tournament date will receive credit for a future tournament or a full refund.
•Teams dropping from the tournament after the brackets have been posted will forfeit all fee's.

ADMISSION GUIDLINES/GATE FEE'S:
•6 thru 64 $7.00 per person weekend pass, $5.00 per person daily pass.
•65 or older $5.00 per person weekend pass, no daily passes.
•5 and under free.

•GATES OPEN 1 HOUR PRIOR TO FIRST SCHEDULED GAME.

•No outside food is allowed in the facility. No coolers are allowed in the facility. The Ballfields at Craig Ranch provide one 5 gallon water cooler with ice cold water for every dugout.
Each team is responsible for providing non-Styrofoam cups.
Exception: Whereby a cooler is required for documented medical purposes.
