TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FEE'S POSTED ON THE BALLFIELDS AT CRAIG RANCH WEB SITE REFLECT THE $25 TEAM DISCOUNT FOR TEAMS WHO HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE SUPER SERIES NATIONAL OFFICE AND THE $125 GATE FEE CHARGED FOR ALL FALL TOURNAMENTS.
Registration/Entry Deadline is 5:00 p.m. on the Friday, One Week Prior to the tournament start date.
Once the deadline passes the teams that secured their place (Entered) in the tournament with payment, will be scheduled to play. Teams on the Who's Coming listing will not be scheduled to play.Once your team has been Entered (Paid) you will need to fax a copy of the Tournament Entry Form, most recent Super Series Roster, Proof of Insurance and Tournament Exemption Form to the Ballfields at Craig Ranch office at 972-747-9231.
Note: Your registration is not complete until we receive payment and the required documents prior to the Friday deadline. Teams without the required documents will not be considered entered into that week's tournament.
•The Ballfields at Craig Ranch will not hold spots for unpaid teams and will schedule games based on paid entries only.
•Each team must have proof of insurance and it must be received by the Friday 5:00pm deadline. Any team without team insurance will not be considered entered into the tournament.
•No team shall be allowed to play; nor will any team be invited or allowed to enter the National Championships, unless a valid original registration is on file in our office or the national office in Arizona.
•Teams that have played in tournaments at The Ballfields at Craig Ranch must re-submit all paperwork for each tournament entered.
